Strumming away my thoughts

hehez. i'm back from odac chalet!!! haha.
am dead tired when i reached home. plopped to bed and slept. thought i will sleep for 20hrs, in the end, a measly 4hrs++. gRrrrRr.

anyway, had to go chalet on tues instead on mon because of mum's orders. oh well.
anyway, went orchard wif eng and xiao zhu before heading to chalet @ aloha loyang coz eng and xiao zhu had to go to the recruit express@taka and we were goin to get doris's bday pressie.

when we reached aloha loyang, it was nearly 7pm.

had pizza for dinner, played uno stacko and watched tv. haha. then we had singing session in one of the 4 bedrooms. me left the room and joined alex and xiao zhu who are looking at stars. the stars were super pretty. =) alex did stupid things while the 2 of us looked. he(maybe we) wanted to scare those in the room. 1st thing he did...using his hp light, putting it below his chin...he slowly "emerged". failed miserably. coz no one was lookin out of the window! then he climbed up to the window, wanting to show his "beautiful" legs to them. haha. tt sort of succeeded. but it was more of hilarious than scary. lol. last thing he did, he tried to pick lock using...plastic bag, coz he cldn't find wire. failed too. in the end, we joined back the peeps in the room.
played monopoly with aiksiang, weirong, shenhui and boonhwee while we waited for match btwn liverpool and chelsea to start. lost to boonhwee. he and his hotels...bahh. i got no land...only railroads and utlilties..how to win?! oh well. game only. but i thrashed him the nxt day! woO~ then some of the guys played uno stacko. really stacko. they stacked the uno blocks up to see who can stacked the highest. haha. seems like little kids playin lego. lol. after that they tried using the blocks to be dominoes. failed. didn't create much effect.

330am...we watched the soccer match...but it was kinda boring..so most of us went to sleep after first half.
some of them went out to get steamboat stuff while i was still in my dreams. woke up, watch tv and played monopoly. had beehoon for lunch. (odac chalet is the most nutritious chalet i've ever been coz we had proper meals). we then headed out to go to cycle. but the shop didn't have enuff bikes for us. so we decided to play ball, hence we went to downtown east in search of balls. in the end, didn't buy any. had bubble tea at the tea shop and chit chat.

went back to chalet to prepare for steamboat. i didn't help much. haha. i was more of a paparazzi photographer than a chef. mr ang came first among the teachers. then he played monopoly with the guys. me played blackjack with doris, eng, xiao zhu and sharon while we all waited for shwuhuey to arrive with the bowls and chopsticks, didn't wait for miss ho and miss wun coz they were lost?! haha. anyway, they came not long after the steamboat started.
there were 3 groups of ppl. the super high ones, the high ones and the quiet-and-eat ones. i belong to the 3rd group. haha. dun look like right?! in the end, no such clear divison. every1 juz went to which ever pot tt has ready-to-eat food. haha. took candid shots of miss ho and miss wun. mr ang didn't fall prey to my cam, coz he was at quite dimly lit place, so he managed to "escape". gRrRrr.

celebrated doris's bday with an ice cream cake. haha. nice~ after tt went to room to play blackjack with eng, sharon and xiao zhu while most of them watched tv. then i went to see kinfai, alex and xiangjing dance. it was funny~. kf and alex...lol. they were hilarious. xj was stuntman. haha. then we played murderer. i cannot wink lah!! gRrrRr. only "killed" xiao zhu while xj "killed" the rest. haha. then i went to practise guitar usin danny's guitar. my hammering skills. haiz. still quite sucky. a few came into the room while i was practising. haha. felt paiseh. i dun like playin guitar in front of ppl. haha. danny came into the room. then talked to him for a while...hopes he buy the mayday guitar book soon~. hehez. i admire his guitar skills sia. very lihai! oh well, i lack the courage and most importantly, the skills to play in front of people. =X
"zouk out" at 12am in the living room. haha. didn't go lah. i escaped and went for the community singing. haha. most of the songs i chose, danny didn't know how to play. haha. but he knows mayday's yong bao! omg. omg. omg. haha. lihai lehh....

bathe and chit chat in the room with most of the girls and ziyuan. haha. talked for quite some time. we were waiting for the match between man utd and benfica. in the end, we didn't watch. coz a very qiang lightning short circuited the tv. haha. went out the room, supposedly to take a peek at those in the living room play bridge. in the end, i looked and ended up playing...and i didn't sleep at all! the 2nd night and 3rd day in chalet for me, aiksiang, waii and me didn't catch a wink. coOl~

3rd day's breakfast's scrambled eggs was cooked by leliang and aiksiang. they were edible and most of the peeps liked leliang's scrambled eggs. his probability of winning was 2/3 yar. haha. leliang's expression when he cooked was his usual look. hehez. no look of a chef. hahha. packed up and was mentor to doris's bridge. most of the odacians know how to play bridge le sia. haha. coOl~
bridge is super addictive. eng, xiao zhu, doris and me played bridge again at the food court while waiting for the others to finish their food. then mavis, waii, doris and me tried playing bridge on the mrt train. lol. bridge addicts. haha.
