today's papa day. mummy treated us to lunch buffet at some restaurant at omni theatre. while queuing to get into the restaurant, i was put off by this family.

are they stupid or mean? i think both.

people in queue are those who made their reservations. most people who didn't have any left the place as there were ALOT of people in the queue. btw, making reservations ensure that you'll have a table. so it's just a matter of time when you'll get in. and it's a buffet, so the food shouldn't run out very fast.

anyway, as we were nearing the entrance of the restaurant, this family suddenly burst out of nowhere and cuts in front of us. initially, i thought they were with the family in front, then they attempt to cut that family's queue too.

the uncle of that family (UF) in front asked them, "why are you all cutting queue?"

the idiot woman(IW) of the stupid queue cutting family replied, "oh! we are not cutting queue, we just followed the man. he brought us here."

HUH? what man? then she pointed to the waiter, who was keeping the order of the queue. she added saying, "he said to follow him. we just follow lor. we are not cutting queue."

i was like WTH! the waiter then defended himself, saying he didn't ask them to come over. and i believe that he did not ask that freaking family to come over. coz when we arrived at the place, the waiter told us to queue up and pointed at the end of the queue then. so, he wouldn't have ask that stupid family to come over when he told everyone else who made reservations that they are to queue.

how could that stupid family cut queue and pushed all the blame to the waiter? guess what the IW said after that?

"see lah. we shouldn't have come here to eat in the first place."

WTH. i feel like telling her, " why don't you go away then?"

but before i could say anything like tt, UF said, "look, we are not scolding you all for cutting queue. but you see the people behind? they are queueing up. so shouldn't you all queue?"

IW then said, "we queued but the man told us to come over."

ya right.

anyway, UF and his family went into the restaurant then us coz
a) it was our turns.
b) i guess we know we'll be wasting our breath to talk sense into that queue cutting family.
c) we'll be holding up the people at the back.

saw the IW and her family in the restaurant shortly after, so, i don't think they re-queued.

they are so downright disgusting. stupid and mean. cut queue and refused to admit their mistake, pushed the blame to the waiter who i believe is innocent. you made reservations, we did too! how could you cut the queue? the food ain't gonna run away u dumbass. your table is there already, no one is going to sit at your table! moreover, u are no VIP, how can you cut the queue? unless you are some king, queen, president, prime minister, or what-so-ever high ranked/ famous ppl, i MAY let u cut. but u and ur family aren't. you dumbass.

it's your own stupidity that you came over, not the waiter's fault. how could he ask your family to come over when he told everyone else that they are to queue? are u some high ranked/famous persons that deserved to cut queue? NO! so, it's your own stupidity that made you leave your place in the queue (if you were in the 1st place), and not the waiter's fault!

oh yar, you can go to other places to have your lunch! the legs are yours! the restaurant certainly don't need to have such stupid and mean patrons. DUMB ASS.

am really put off by such jerks/creeps/ugly people. HORRIBLE.
